Terms and Conditions
By accepting this account with your signature you do hereby agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. All subscribers to Simply ONE Solution shall use the services
provided for Lawful purposes. Simply ONE Solution has no control of
nor shall they be responsible for the content of the information
passed through or stored in it. All users are hereby notified that the
Internet contains material that may be considered sexually explicit.
The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Simply ONE
Solution from any claims resulting from the subscribers unlawful use
of the service or use which inflicts damages upon the subscriber or
other users of the service. It is understood that all Simply ONE
Solution subscribers shall use the service at their own risk.

2. All subscribers shall adhere to any rules and regulations regarding
the means to which communication is established between the subscriber and Simply ONE
Solution. Simply ONE Solution reserves the right to provide updates, changes, amendments, adjustments, deletions, additions, exhibits to this Agreement at any time. 

3. It is agreed that Simply ONE Solution has the right to delete all
files or other data and information associated with the subscribers
account upon termination of the subscriber's account by either the
subscriber or Simply ONE Solution.

4. Monthly service fees are due on the first day of the month for
which service is rendered.
Payments not made within 30 days of the date due shall be considered
delinquent and as such may be subject to reasonable legal and
collection fees. Interest will accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month,
or the legal state limit. It is understood by the subscriber that
monthly accounts shall not be prorated. Credit card customers agree to
pay all bills in accordance with their card issuer's agreements until
the account is canceled or the subscriber changes the method of
payment. If a check is returned to us unpaid, your account will be
suspended and you will be subject to a $25 returned check charge. You
provide complete consent to Simply ONE Solution to debit and/or charge
your  credit card every month automatically in advance on the first
day your monthly payment is due according to your monthly fees. By completing and signing this Agreement, you are authorizing Simply ONE Solution to charge your card up to but not more than the invoice amount attached and related monthly fees.

5. Simply ONE Solution reserves the right to suspend service to any
subscriber for any reason, at any time without notice. Simply ONE Solution reserves to right to update prices at any time and provide amendments or exhibits to this contract at any time. Simply ONE Solution is not responsible for vagueness of this Agreement. The Client or its agent for a domain name shall imdemnify Simply ONE Solution and its servants or agents or business partners from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or expense, resulting from claim(s) asserted by a third party regarding ownership of or right to use the domain name(s) applied for in this Agreement.  No liability shall attach to Simply ONE Solution or its servants or agents in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the Client or its agent that arises from any action or negligence on the part of Simply ONE Solution or its servants or agents in the exercise of the function of the domain name registration.

6. Accounts may not be transferred. Service is provided for the sole
use of the party agreeing to these terms and conditions. Use by any
other party or organization is prohibited. Resale of your connection
to any other party is prohibited.

7. Use of this account signifies acceptance of these terms and
conditions.

8. Simply ONE Solution shall make all reasonable effort to provide
customers with a robust and reliable connection to the Internet.
Simply ONE Solution makes no warrants as to the robustness or
percentage of reliability of the connections to the Internet and shall
not be held liable for any losses or damages of a monetary or other
nature, attributed to service interruption, outages or failure of any
part of this service to perform as specified.

9. Simply ONE Solution is not responsible for typographical errors.
